Compact salon layout

This stored P600 configuration is a single steel-framed module arranged over one storey for use as a beauty salon. Its footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and around 11m² of internal usable floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.

The compact format is intended for beauty therapists and salon owners who need a self-contained space without combining multiple modules. The proposed use aligns with Adacon’s beauty salon buildings for the Beauty & Wellness sector.

Windows and entrance arrangement

The exposed north wall, which runs along one 5.9m side, has two large windows. The opposite south wall has two large windows with one glazed single door positioned between them. Each 2.2m end wall has one full-size window: one on the east elevation and one on the west elevation.

This is the stored opening arrangement for the configuration. Final setting-out, internal planning and the relationship between the entrance, salon area, kitchenette and WC remain subject to confirmation through the final quotation and layout.

Selected exterior

All four outside walls use standard vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, matched to RAL 7035, with a smooth finish. This selection applies to the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding is treated as part of the quoted configuration and is not separately itemised in public pricing.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. The restrained light grey exterior provides a neutral appearance suitable for a dedicated salon setting, subject to the requirements of the chosen site.

Requested internal fit-out

The requested fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, both of which must be confirmed in the final internal layout. Their precise positions, fixtures and final specifications are not fixed by this summary. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details established by quotation.

Outside the WC area, the included standard internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. A confirmed toilet room requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. No shower is specified in this configuration. The exact hygienic-panel selection and the division of finishes around the final WC layout will be confirmed as part of the quotation.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring choices are selectable options rather than included specifications for this stored design. No particular salon floor finish is stated, so flooring outside the WC area remains to be selected and priced where required.

Quotation and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation and confirmation of the layout, kitchenette, WC and selected finishes. It should not be treated as a fixed final price.

Siting is subject to survey. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access, while offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. These requirements and costs depend on the proposed location and are confirmed during quotation.
