A compact salon configuration

This P600 configuration is designed for the Beauty & Wellness sector and uses one module arranged over a single storey. Its footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and around 11m² of internal floor area. The module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling.

The single-layout format provides a practical starting point for an independent therapist or salon owner. Windows and entrance

The exposed north wall, along the 5.9m side, has two large windows. The south wall has two large windows with a single glazed door positioned as part of the same elevation. Each 2.2m end wall—the east and west elevations—has one large window.

This combination gives the salon glazed openings on every elevation while retaining one clear customer and staff entrance. The stored design specifies the opening types and elevations; the detailed internal relationship between the entrance, treatment area, kitchenette and WC remains subject to confirmation in the final plan.

Selected exterior and roof

All four outside walls use smooth, vertically installed insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey (RAL 7021). This selected finish applies to the north, east, south and west elevations, giving the single module a consistent exterior treatment.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. Any project-specific changes to the external finish or detailing would need to be reviewed and confirmed by quotation.

Internal finish and requested facilities

White, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish in the main internal areas. The requested WC requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring within that room. The exact WC specification, kitchenette arrangement, services and final room divisions must be confirmed as part of the completed layout and quotation.

Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades rather than included finishes. Flooring outside the WC has not been fixed by this stored configuration; room-by-room flooring choices can be discussed and priced where required. Illustrated fittings, colours and finishing details should not be treated as guaranteed until they appear in the final quotation.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £12,900 excluding VAT, or £15,480 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and are not included in the indicative estimate.

Final siting is subject to a site survey and assessment of access, levels, ground conditions and service requirements. The survey and quotation process will determine the relevant transport arrangements, offloading requirements and any preparatory work needed for the chosen location. The stored design can be reviewed through the building configurator before the final specification is agreed.
