Module 1 layout

The entire salon is arranged within the ground-floor module. Its open internal area can accommodate the main beauty treatment and customer space, while the included kitchenette and WC provide the essential facilities needed for day-to-day operation. Their exact positioning should be confirmed as part of the final specification and site planning process.

The south-facing 5.9m elevation forms the principal frontage. It has a double-door glazed entrance positioned between two large windows, creating a bright and visible approach for clients. The opposite north elevation also has two large windows, helping natural light reach the working area from both long sides of the building.

Windows and access

Both 2.2m end walls are exposed and each contains a full-size window. Together with the four large windows on the long elevations and the glazed double doors, this gives the compact interior extensive glazing on every side. The arrangement is particularly useful for a beauty salon where a light, welcoming environment and clear customer entrance are important.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in vertical Light grey cladding, giving the salon a clean, understated appearance that can sit comfortably in commercial, garden or mixed-use surroundings, subject to the relevant site permissions. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and contemporary.

Internally, the standard fitted specification includes a kitchenette and WC. Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £10,750 excluding VAT, or £12,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the one-module P600 building in the configuration described, including the Light grey exterior, flat roof, listed doors and windows, kitchenette and WC. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately because access, location and preparation requirements vary.

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, order schedule and site requirements. Before delivery, the site must be assessed for suitable access and prepared to support the module. Groundworks, levels, service connections and the route needed for delivery and installation should all be established in advance. Requirements for planning permission and other site approvals remain specific to the intended location.
