A compact salon in one fitted module

This configuration uses one P600 module to create a practical, single-storey beauty salon. The building has a 5.9m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 12 m² of internal floor area. It is designed for beauty therapists and salon owners who need a defined treatment or service space without the scale of a multi-module building.

The single layout keeps the entire salon within one steel-framed module. A fitted kitchenette and WC are incorporated into the interior, supporting day-to-day use by the salon operator and clients. The remaining space can be arranged around the requirements of the business, whether the focus is beauty treatments, consultations or a combination of services. Furniture, treatment equipment and specialist salon installations are not specified as part of this configuration.

Doors, windows and natural light

The south-facing 5.9m wall contains the main double glazed door, positioned between two large windows. This creates a clear, welcoming entrance from the covered ground-level timber terrace and gives the principal elevation a strongly glazed appearance.

The opposite north wall has two further large windows. Each 2.2m end wall also contains one large window: one on the east elevation and one on the west. In total, the configuration has six large windows alongside the double glazed entrance door, providing glazing on every exposed wall. The exact orientation on site should be considered in relation to privacy, outlook and the intended position of treatment areas.

Exterior finish and terrace

The exterior is finished with vertical cladding in Anthracite. A flat roof with a slim fascia gives the module a clean, restrained profile suited to commercial, garden or mixed-use settings. Alongside the building is a covered, ground-level timber terrace deck, creating a defined approach and useful sheltered space immediately outside the salon.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £12,550 excluding VAT, or £15,060 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price relates to the stated one-module, single-storey building configuration with its specified external finish, doors, windows, kitchenette and WC. Final scope and pricing are confirmed against the site and project requirements.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. Any work required to prepare the location, provide service routes or address access constraints is therefore not included in the indicative building price. Specialist beauty equipment, loose furniture and business-specific fittings should be budgeted for separately unless expressly added to the quotation.

Lead time, delivery and siting

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, order schedule and site readiness. Delivery and installation planning must account for access to the proposed position and the space needed to place the module safely.

The building requires a suitably prepared, level base and a clear delivery route. Ground conditions, access restrictions, utility requirements and any planning obligations should be established before installation. Groundworks, service connections and other site-specific requirements are assessed and priced separately, allowing the quotation to reflect the actual location rather than relying on a generic allowance.
