P600 Site Office Layout with Kitchenette and WC

Compact construction site accommodation

This P600 configuration uses one steel-framed module to create a compact site office for the construction sector. The building has a 5.9m x 2.2m external footprint and provides approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing a practical space for day-to-day site management without adding further modules or storeys.

The module is 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. It is a single-storey, single-module arrangement intended for main contractors and site managers who need a dedicated base for administration, coordination and meetings on site. The detailed positioning of the requested kitchenette and WC must be confirmed as part of the final layout and quotation.

Windows and access

The north 5.9m wall is configured with three small windows. The east 2.2m end has two small windows, while the west 2.2m end also has two small windows. On the south 5.9m wall, the stored design places a single glazed door between two large windows. This is the only external door specified in the configuration.

These openings are specific to this layout and establish how the office relates to its proposed site position. Final orientation, access routes and surrounding clearances should be reviewed against the intended plot before the order is confirmed.

Grey smooth-plank exterior

All four exposed external walls are selected with Smooth plank cladding in Gri (Grey), reference AR16016. The finish is applied between the visible structural frame, with full-wall cladding selected for the north, east, south and west elevations. Cladding costs are confirmed within the project quotation rather than itemised in public pricing.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored design, retaining the straightforward profile of the single P600 module.

Requested internal fit-out

A kitchenette and WC have been requested, but their final arrangement and detailed specification remain subject to layout confirmation and quotation. The WC area requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Those materials should be applied where required for the toilet room rather than assumed as the standard finish throughout the complete office.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices. Flooring outside the WC has not been fixed room by room in this configuration, so any preferred finish must be selected and priced during the quotation process. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and accessories should not be treated as guaranteed until they appear in the final quotation.

Price and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT. This estimate is subject to a project-specific quotation and confirmation of the final kitchenette, WC, finishes and layout. The stored design can be reviewed through the P600 configuration process before those details are agreed.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including consideration of access, working space, ground conditions and the intended position of the glazed door and windows.
