P600 Secure Storage Unit with Roller Shutters

Single-module storage layout

This configuration uses one P600 module in a wide, single-storey layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, providing around 11.4m2 of usable internal area before partitions. This is a conservative per-module allowance; although connected open layouts may provide more space, this design comprises one standalone module.

The open internal format is intended for use as a secure storage unit in the construction sector. It gives contractors, tradespeople and businesses a defined lock-up space for materials, tools or equipment, subject to their own storage planning and operational requirements. Roller shutters, door and windows

The north-facing 5.9m wall contains two full-size roller shutters. On the opposite south-facing 5.9m wall, the stored design includes one full-size roller shutter and a glazed double door. These openings provide separate access points along both long sides of the module.

Each 2.2m end wall has one top-only, high-level window. One is positioned in the east wall and the other in the west wall. The elevated window format introduces glazing at each end while retaining more uninterrupted wall space below. Opening arrangements are specific to this configuration and remain subject to the final quotation.

Anthracite external finish

All four selected outside walls use Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding, applied vertically to exposed wall areas between the steel frame. This full-wall cladding selection covers the north, east, south and west elevations around the specified doors, shutters and windows. Cladding is included within the configured design, but its cost is quote-only and is not itemised publicly.

The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Final colours, junctions and quoted details should be checked against the confirmed specification.

Internal fit-out and finishes

No wet fit-out has been requested for this storage configuration. The included internal walls are white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels remain optional alternatives rather than included finishes.

No precise floor finish is specified in the stored design. Flooring is selected for the final room layout and confirmed as part of the quotation. Any changes to wall finishes, flooring or internal arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, but should not be treated as included until formally quoted.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 ex VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final siting is subject to survey and assessment of access, levels, ground conditions and operational requirements. The quotation will confirm the final specification, finishes and associated costs for the proposed location.
