Single-module configuration
The stored design uses one P600 steel-framed module in a single-storey grid layout. Its external footprint is 5.9m x 2.2m, providing approximately 11 m² of usable internal floor area. The approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m, with an external module height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.
This compact configuration is intended as a secure storage unit for the construction sector. It provides contractors, tradespeople and other businesses with an enclosed lock-up space for equipment, tools and materials, while retaining access from every side of the module.
Roller shutters, door and window
Five full-size roller shutters are included in the stored arrangement. The north 5.9m wall contains two roller shutters. The east 2.2m end, south 5.9m wall and west 2.2m end each contain one further full-size roller shutter.
The south wall also includes a single glazed door and one small window. Together, these openings provide a separate glazed entrance alongside the roller-shutter access. Their specified wall positions form part of this exact configuration and should be reviewed against the intended site layout.
Grey smooth-plank exterior
All four outside walls are selected with full-wall Smooth plank cladding, reference AR16016, in Gri (Grey). The cladding is applied to the exposed wall areas between the steel frame and around the configured openings. Final finish details are confirmed through the project quotation and are not separately itemised in this public configuration.
The module has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. This keeps the roof edge consistent with the stored P600 design rather than adding a separate decorative fascia treatment.
Internal specification and finishes
The included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. No wet fit-out has been requested, so this configuration does not include a specified WC, shower, sink or other wet-room arrangement. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels remain optional alternatives rather than included elements.
The flooring is selected to suit the final room layout. No precise floor finish is stored in this design, so the applicable selection must be confirmed during quotation. Any changes to wall finishes, flooring or the arrangement shown in the configuration may affect the final price.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £14,100 excluding VAT, or £16,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and should be allowed for when planning the project.
