    A linear four-module layout

This P600 configuration uses four steel-framed modules linked in a single-storey run. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 23.6m by 2.2m. The approximate usable internal area is 45.6m² before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space.

Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m by 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The long format is suited to primary and secondary schools expanding teaching capacity and can be planned around the requested kitchenette and WC. Further information about this type of accommodation is available on the modular classrooms page.

    Windows and entrance arrangement

Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north wall has three small windows, while the south wall includes a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window. A further large window is positioned in the exposed west end wall.

Modules 2 and 3 each have three small windows on the north wall and three small windows on the south wall. These repeated openings provide a consistent arrangement along the central sections of the classroom configuration.

Module 4 completes the eastern end. It has three small windows on both its north and south walls, together with one large window in the exposed east end wall. The final room arrangement, including any internal partitions, is confirmed during quotation.

    Anthracite cladding and apex roof

All exposed perimeter walls are finished with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding applied between the frame. The boards run vertically across the north and south walls of all four modules, as well as the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. The building is completed by a dual-pitch apex roof. Cladding is included within the configured estimate but is not separately itemised in public pricing.

    Requested internal fit-out

A kitchenette and WC have been requested for this classroom, with their positions and detailed specifications to be confirmed in the final layout. Partitioning will reduce the open usable internal area according to the agreed room arrangement.

Insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish outside the bathroom area unless another finish is selected. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. If a shower room is added to the final specification, wet-room PVC flooring is used within that area. Other wall and floor finishes depend on the final room layout and quotation.

    Pricing, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £61,800 excluding VAT, or £74,160 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and must not be treated as included within the estimate.

Siting remains subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the P600 configuration tool, but the quotation confirms the final kitchenette, WC, partitions, finishes and associated site costs.
