Four linked P600 modules in a run
This configuration comprises four steel-framed P600 modules linked end to end as a single-storey run. The external footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, depending on the final arrangement.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. This elongated format is suited to a construction site office, providing room for desks, project coordination and day-to-day site management within one connected building.
Windows and external access
The north wall of every module has two small windows arranged around one large window. On the south side, Module 1 has two small windows with a single glazed door between them, forming the external entrance. Modules 2, 3 and 4 each have two small windows arranged around one large window on their south walls.
The exposed west end of Module 1 and exposed east end of Module 4 each have a large window. Together, these openings provide glazing along both long elevations and at both ends of the run. The internal module connections and any partitions will be confirmed as part of the final room layout.
Grey grooved-plank exterior
All exposed external walls are selected with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding between the frame. The boards are installed vertically across the north and south walls of all four modules, as well as the west end of Module 1 and east end of Module 4.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Final fixture, finish and junction details remain subject to the quotation.
Requested WC and internal finishes
A WC is requested for this configuration, but its position and final arrangement must be confirmed in the completed layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when chosen for the final scheme.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Alternative finishes can be selected to suit the confirmed room arrangement. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms; no shower room is specified in this stored configuration. The WC layout, partitions and related finish selections should therefore be agreed through the final building configuration and quotation.
Pricing, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Final siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, working space, ground conditions and the proposed position. Any requirements arising from the site assessment will be reflected separately in the quotation.
