Six-module configuration

This building uses six 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules arranged in a three-by-two grid. The completed single-storey structure has a 17.7m x 4.4m footprint and provides approximately 73 m² of internal floor area. It is configured as a fitted toilet and shower block for the construction sector, with the capacity and layout also suited to holiday parks and campsites.

Modules 1, 2 and 3 form the north row from west to east. Modules 4, 5 and 6 form the south row, again running from west to east. Linking the modules creates one enclosed building rather than a collection of separate cabins.

Entrance and window arrangement

The main entrance is positioned on the north-facing side of Module 1. A single glazed door is set between two small windows, giving the principal elevation a clear and practical point of access. The remaining listed openings are top-only, high-level windows.

• Module 1: two small north-facing windows with a single glazed door between them, plus a high-level window on the west end.
• Module 2: one high-level window on the exposed north wall.
• Module 3: high-level windows on the north wall and east end.
• Module 4: high-level windows on the south wall and west end.
• Module 5: one high-level window on the exposed south wall.
• Module 6: high-level windows on the south wall and east end.

External finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and unobtrusive, making the building suitable for organised construction compounds and established visitor sites. The single-storey format also avoids the additional circulation requirements of a stacked arrangement.

WC and shower fit-out

The internal specification includes both WC and shower facilities, providing the essential washroom functions required for a dedicated welfare or visitor amenity building. Final sanitary layouts, service positions and any site-specific requirements are confirmed as part of the project specification. Indicative price and scope

The indicative price is £64,500 ex VAT, or £77,400 inc VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price is based on the six-module configuration described here, including its WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because costs depend on the location, access and prepared site conditions.

Typical lead time

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme is confirmed for each order and will depend on specification approval, production scheduling, delivery arrangements and site readiness.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable prepared base, adequate delivery and installation access, and connections for the required utilities and drainage. Ground conditions, levels, service routes and any planning requirements should be established before delivery. Groundworks and other site-specific works are not included in the indicative building price and must be assessed and quoted separately.
