Six-module grid layout
This secure storage configuration uses six P600 steel-framed modules arranged in a single-storey grid. Three modules run across each of two rows, creating an external footprint of 17.7m x 4.4m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.
Using a conservative allowance of approximately 5.7m x 2.0m inside each module, the complete building provides approximately 68.4m2 of usable internal area before partitions. Connected open layouts may provide more space, depending on the final room arrangement. This format is intended for contractors, tradespeople and businesses that need secure lock-up capacity within the construction sector.
External access arrangement
The stored design includes 15 full-size roller shutters across the exposed elevations, giving each module direct external storage access. Module 1 has one roller shutter and one double glazed door on its north wall, plus a roller shutter on its west end. Module 2 has two roller shutters on its north wall.
Module 3 has two north-facing roller shutters and one roller shutter on its east end. On the southern row, Module 4 has two roller shutters on its south wall and one on its west end. Module 5 has two south-facing roller shutters. Module 6 completes the arrangement with two roller shutters on its south wall and one on its east end.
Selected exterior and roof
The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035. The selected exposed north, south, east and west walls use standard smooth insulated panels in the same colour, providing a consistent finish around the configuration. Any final details remain subject to the project quotation.
A flat roof is specified, finished with the approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia formed by the module construction. No additional fascia has been selected for this design.
Internal specification
No wet fit-out has been requested. Included internal walls are formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are optional rather than part of the stored configuration. Flooring has not been fixed to a single specification and is selected to suit the final room layout.
The internal arrangement can be confirmed when the intended storage divisions, connected areas and access requirements are established. Changes to the stored design can be reviewed through the P600 building configurator, with the final scope confirmed by quotation.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £77,400 excluding VAT, or £92,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location. The quotation will confirm the final specification, selected finishes, transport requirements and any relevant site-specific items.
