Six-module classroom layout
This stored configuration uses six linked, steel-framed P600 modules to form a single-storey L-shaped modular classroom. The overall footprint is 17.7m × 8.1m, with approximately 68 m² of usable internal floor area. It is intended for primary and secondary schools expanding capacity within the Education sector. Each module measures 5.9m × 2.2m and has an external height of 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m × 2.0m. The six modules are arranged at ground-floor level only; this configuration does not include an upper storey.
Configured windows and entrance
On Module 1, the exposed 5.9m north wall has a large window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second large window. Its exposed 2.2m west end has one full-size window. Module 2 has three small windows along its exposed 5.9m north wall.
Module 3 has three small windows on its 5.9m north wall, one full-size window on its 2.2m east end and three small windows on its 5.9m south wall. Module 4 has one full-size window on its 2.2m south end and three small windows along its 5.9m west wall. Module 5 has one full-size window on its 2.2m south end. Module 6 has three small windows on its 5.9m east wall and one full-size window on its 2.2m south end.
External panels and roof
The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected smooth panel faces are Module 1 north and west, Module 2 north, Module 3 north, east and south, Module 4 south and west, Module 5 south, and Module 6 east and south. Cladding is subject to quotation and is not itemised publicly. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC has been requested, but its position and final arrangement must be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, other hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades; they are not included unless confirmed in the quotation. Any layout or finish revisions are managed through the stored building configuration. Final fixtures, finishes and details are also confirmed by quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £77,400 excluding VAT, or £92,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
