Five-module grid configuration
This stored configuration uses five linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey grid. The completed building has a 17.7m x 4.4m footprint and provides approximately 61 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Designed as a toilet and shower block for the Construction sector, the configuration is also relevant to holiday parks and campsites. It provides a substantial modular footprint for a requested WC and shower fit-out, with the final room arrangement confirmed through quotation. Doors and windows
The stored arrangement specifies openings across the exposed north, south, east and west elevations. These are fixed to individual modules rather than presented as generic options:
- Module 1: two small windows and a glazed double door on the north wall, plus one high-level window on the west end wall.
- Module 2: two high-level windows on the north wall.
- Module 3: two high-level windows on the north wall, one on the east end wall and two on the south wall.
- Module 4: two high-level windows on the south wall and one on the west end wall.
- Module 5: one high-level window on the east end wall and two on the south wall.
Anthracite external finish
The exposed walls specified in the design receive Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding between the frame. The boards are installed vertically across the selected full-wall elevations of all five modules. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia. Cladding costs form part of the quotation process and are not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested internal fit-out
WC and shower accommodation has been requested, with the final positions and room arrangement still to be confirmed. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but are not included unless confirmed in the final quotation.
The indicative configured estimate is £67,700 excluding VAT, or £81,240 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. The stored design can be reviewed through the building configurator, but quoted details will determine the final fixtures, finishes and fit-out.
Transport and site considerations
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Final siting is subject to a site survey and assessment of access, levels and project requirements.
