Configuration and scale

This single-storey building uses five linked P600 modules in a grid layout, creating an overall footprint of 17.7m x 4.4m and approximately 61 m² of internal floor area. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, allowing the building to be delivered and installed as a series of manageable sections.

Modules 1, 2 and 3 form the northern run. Modules 4 and 5 sit behind Modules 1 and 2, leaving the south wall of Module 3 exposed. Once linked, the modules provide one connected building for the specified WC and shower fit-out.

Doors and windows by module

Module 1 forms the main entrance elevation. Its exposed north wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. A high-level, top-only window is fitted to the exposed west end. Module 2 has one high-level, top-only window on its north wall.

Module 3 has high-level, top-only windows on all three exposed elevations: north, east and south. This module occupies the eastern end of the northern run and borders the open part of the grid to the south.

On the southern run, Module 4 has a high-level, top-only window on its south wall and another on its exposed west end. Module 5 has high-level, top-only windows on its south wall and exposed east end. The result is a controlled window arrangement suited to toilet and shower accommodation, with the only glazed external door positioned on Module 1.

Internal fit-out and use

The internal fit-out includes WC and shower facilities. This configuration is intended as a practical toilet and shower block for large construction sites, holiday parks and campsites, where a substantial single-storey facility is required without committing to a conventional site-built structure.

The approximately 61 m² internal area provides the scale needed for a multi-module washroom building while retaining the delivery and installation advantages of the P600 system. Final sanitary layouts and site-specific service requirements are confirmed as part of the order process.

Exterior finish

The exterior is finished in horizontal Anthracite cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile clean and restrained, while the dark external finish gives the building a consistent appearance across all five modules.

Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £53,750 excluding VAT, or £64,500 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the five linked P600 modules, the stated Anthracite exterior, flat roof, listed door and windows, and the specified WC and shower fit-out.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. Any changes to the standard arrangement or fit-out should be costed through the P600 configurator and confirmed in the final quotation.

Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, order confirmation and the installation programme. Delivery and installation dates also depend on site readiness and access.

The site requires a suitable prepared base, clear delivery and installation access, and provision for the necessary water, drainage and electrical connections. Ground conditions, unloading requirements and any site-specific works must be assessed before delivery. Planning permission, statutory approvals and connection arrangements remain specific to the location and intended use.
