Five linked P600 modules
This configuration uses five steel-framed P600 modules linked in a single-storey grid arrangement. The overall footprint is 17.7m x 4.4m, with approximately 57 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The modules are 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height. Together, they create a substantial project base for the Construction sector, suited to main contractors, site managers and administrative teams. Configured window and door openings
The stored design uses a combination of large and small windows to bring natural light into the exposed sides of the building. Module 1 has two large windows and one single glazed door on its north 5.9m wall, plus a large window on its west 2.2m end.
Module 2 has a small window, large window and second small window across its north wall. Module 3 repeats this arrangement on both its north and south walls, with an additional large window on its east end. Module 4 has the same small, large and small window sequence on its south wall, together with a large window on its west end. Module 5 has a large window on its east end and the three-window arrangement on its south wall.
Anthracite Grey external finish
The exposed external walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. The selected standard insulated panels have a smooth finish. They are applied to the north and west walls of Module 1; the north wall of Module 2; the north, east and south walls of Module 3; the south and west walls of Module 4; and the east and south walls of Module 5.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration. Final fixture and finish details are confirmed in the project quotation.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette and WC have been requested, with their final positions and specifications to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. The WC area requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
Plasterboard finishes, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included elements of this stored design. These can be reviewed when refining the building through the module configurator.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £64,500 excluding VAT, or £77,400 including VAT, subject to quotation. This price reflects the stored five-module configuration and should not be treated as a final project total.
