Five linked modules in a grid layout
This configuration uses five steel-framed P600 modules linked as one single-storey modular classroom. The modules occupy a five-module arrangement within a three-by-two grid, creating an external footprint of 17.7m by 4.4m. Based on a conservative allowance of approximately 5.7m by 2.0m usable interior per module, the building provides around 57 m² of usable internal area before partitions. Connected open layouts may provide more space.
Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Windows and entrance arrangement
The stored design has one glazed single door and 16 large windows distributed across its exposed walls:

Anthracite grooved external finish
Exposed walls are finished between the frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding laid as vertical boards. Full-wall cladding is selected for the north walls of Modules 1, 2 and 3; the west walls of Modules 1 and 4; the east walls of Modules 3 and 5; and the south walls of Modules 3, 4 and 5.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia. The cladding selection forms part of the configured quotation and is not separately itemised in this public description.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette and WC have been requested, with their positions and final specifications to be confirmed in the completed room layout. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other wall finishes are selected to suit the final arrangement rather than assumed from illustrations.
Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected.
