Five-module storage layout
This configured secure storage unit uses five steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey grid. The overall footprint is 17.7m x 4.4m, with approximately 57 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, is 2.40m high externally and has an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Designed for the construction sector, the configuration provides multiple roller-shutter access points alongside high-level windows and a glazed double door. It is intended for contractors, tradespeople and businesses that need a practical secure storage unit, while the linked modular arrangement creates one larger internal footprint.
Openings by module
- Module 1: two full-size roller shutters, one on the north side and one on the west end, plus a glazed double door on the north side.
- Module 2: two high-level, top-only windows on the north side.
- Module 3: two high-level, top-only windows on both the north and south sides, plus a full-size roller shutter on the east end.
- Module 4: two high-level, top-only windows on the south side and a full-size roller shutter on the west end.

Grey grooved external finish
Selected exposed elevations are finished with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank, installed as vertical boards between the frame. The specified elevations are the north and west walls of Module 1; north wall of Module 2; north, east and south walls of Module 3; south and west walls of Module 4; and east and south walls of Module 5. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia. The restrained Grey finish, vertical board pattern and visible structural frame give the configured storage building a consistent external appearance across its exposed walls.
Internal specification
No wet fit-out is requested for this configuration. Included internal walls use white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels remain optional alternatives where a different room finish is required. Flooring has not been fixed in the stored design and is selected to suit the final room layout, with final fixtures and finishes confirmed in the quotation.
Siting and commercial details
Final siting is subject to site survey, access conditions and confirmation of the proposed location. Ground conditions, levels and the requirements for positioning the five modules must be reviewed before the project specification is finalised. The configuration can be reviewed through the P600 building configurator, but the quotation remains the controlling specification.
The indicative configured estimate is £67,700 excluding VAT, equivalent to £81,240 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate and must be assessed for the individual project.
