A practical, wide retail floorplate
This P600 configuration joins four steel-framed modules in a single-storey, wide layout. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m by 8.8m and approximately 49m² of internal floor area. The format provides a broad retail space for product displays, customer circulation and service areas, with a WC included within the internal fit-out.
Designed for the Retail & Hospitality sector, the building is suitable for independent shops, farm retail businesses and temporary or seasonal operators. Module-by-module layout
The four modules are linked side by side, with Module 1 forming the north-facing frontage and Module 4 forming the south side. The specified openings distribute natural light across every module.
- Module 1: The exposed north wall has a central glazed double door positioned between two large windows. Its east and west end walls each have one full-size window.
- Module 2: The exposed east and west end walls each have one full-size window.
- Module 3: As with Module 2, both exposed end walls have a full-size window.
- Module 4: The east and west end walls each have a full-size window, while the exposed south wall has two large windows.
Across the complete building, the entrance frontage, full-size end windows and two large south-facing windows provide glazing on all four external elevations. The glazed double door gives customers a clear principal entrance from the north side.
External finish and fitted interior
The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the shop a clean, contemporary appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and restrained. The four modules are supplied as a coordinated building rather than separate cabins, with the internal fit-out completed to the applicable standard fitted specification.

Price, programme and site preparation
The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately after the location, access and project requirements have been assessed.
A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, order date and installation programme. The site will require suitable access for delivery and installation, together with an appropriate prepared base and connections for the required services. Ground conditions, utility routes, access restrictions and any planning requirements must be considered for the individual site before installation is scheduled.
