A wide, single-storey retail layout

This configuration brings together four steel-framed P600 modules in a single-storey, side-by-side arrangement. The resulting footprint is 5.9m x 8.8m, providing approximately 49 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m.

The wide plan is intended for use as a modular shop within the Retail & Hospitality sector. It gives independent retailers, farm shops and pop-up operators a practical format for planning product displays, customer circulation and service areas. Glazing and entrance arrangement

The exposed elevations use a defined combination of large windows, full-size windows and a double glazed entrance door:

• Module 1 north elevation: one large window, one glazed double door and a second large window.
• Module 1 east and west ends: one full-size window on each end.
• Modules 2 and 3 east and west ends: one full-size window on each exposed end.
• Module 4 east and west ends: one full-size window on each end; the south elevation has two large windows.

This arrangement introduces glazing across the principal north and south elevations as well as the exposed 2.2m module ends. The exact internal arrangement around these openings, including retail zones and the requested WC, is confirmed as part of the final quoted layout.

External panels and roof

The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Pure White, RAL 9010. The selected outside wall schedule specifies smooth standard insulated panels to Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Modules 2 and 3’s east and west walls; and Module 4’s east, south and west walls.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.

Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested, with its position and final arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. These finishes should only be treated as applying where the final design includes the relevant room.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but are not included unless they are specified in the final quotation. Configured estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Positioning and site requirements remain subject to survey. Access, levels, foundations or other groundworks, lifting requirements and local site conditions must be assessed before the installation arrangements and associated costs can be confirmed.
