A straight four-module arrangement
This configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey run. Together, they form a footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m and provide approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m, an internal ceiling height of 2.16m and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The long, narrow layout is designed as a toilet and shower block for the Construction sector and is also suited to holiday parks and campsites. The requested WC and shower fit-out remains subject to confirmation in the final internal layout and quotation. Windows and entrance arrangement
Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north elevation has two high-level top-only windows, while the south elevation has two small windows positioned with a glazed double-door entrance. The exposed west end has one high-level top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have two high-level top-only windows on both their north and south elevations. Module 4 has the same arrangement along its north and south sides, with two high-level top-only windows on each elevation. Its exposed east end also has one high-level top-only window. These are the stored openings for this configuration; the internal room arrangement must be coordinated around them when the WC and shower layout is finalised.
Anthracite external finish
All specified exposed walls are finished with Smooth plank cladding in Antrasit (Anthracite), reference AR16016, applied between the structural frame. This covers the north and south elevations across all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. Cladding is included within the configured quotation, but its price is quote-only and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Final fixture, colour and finish details are confirmed through the project quotation rather than guaranteed solely by illustrations.
Requested washroom fit-out
The stored design requests WC and shower facilities, with the final number, position and division of rooms to be confirmed in the completed layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades but are not included specifications for this configuration unless confirmed in the quotation. The design can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details recorded in the project quote.
Pricing and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Placement and access requirements are subject to a site survey. The survey and quotation will need to account for the 23.6m overall building length, delivery access, lifting requirements, ground conditions and any services needed for the confirmed WC and shower layout.
