4-Module Toilet Block with WC Fit-Out

Four-module wide layout

This configuration places four P600 steel-framed modules together on one storey, creating a wide building with a footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Combined, the arrangement provides approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area.

Each module is 2.40m externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The resulting floorplate is intended for a modular toilet block serving the construction sector, as well as events and sports grounds requiring permanent WC provision. Doors, windows and daylight

The north-facing 5.9m wall of Module 1 contains a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each contain one high-level, top-only window.

Modules 2 and 3 each have one high-level, top-only window in both the east and west end walls. Module 4 follows the same end-wall arrangement, with one high-level, top-only window to the east and another to the west. Its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall contains two further high-level, top-only windows.

These are the stored openings for this configuration. Internal room divisions and the final relationship between the WC accommodation, circulation space and external openings remain subject to confirmation in the quoted layout.

Black Grey external finish

The selected external walls use vertically installed insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. This treatment applies to the exposed north, east and west walls of Module 1; the exposed east and west ends of Modules 2 and 3; and the exposed east, south and west walls of Module 4.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. External cladding costs are confirmed as part of the quotation and are not itemised publicly.

WC fit-out and internal finishes

A WC fit-out has been requested and must be confirmed through the final layout and quotation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The precise sanitary arrangement, room divisions and associated fittings are therefore not treated as confirmed until the specification is agreed.

Outside wet areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but they are not included in this stored configuration unless added to the quotation. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and layouts are indicative until final details are confirmed.

Price and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
