4-Module Toilet and Shower Block with WC

A practical four-module facility

This configuration combines four 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules in a wide, single-storey layout. Linked side by side, they create an overall footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approximately 52 m² of internal floor area. The result is a substantial toilet and shower block for the construction sector, with the same format also suited to holiday parks and campsites.

The four modules form one building rather than a row of separate cabins. This gives buyers a defined modular structure with enough internal area to accommodate the specified WC and shower fit-out. The precise internal arrangement can be considered against user numbers, site operation and service positions when the building is ordered.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a single glazed entrance door positioned between two small windows. This is the building’s external entrance and the main source of lower-level glazing on the long elevation. The exposed east and west ends each have one high-level, top-only window.

Module 2 sits alongside Module 1 within the combined floorplate. Its exposed 2.2m east and west ends each contain one high-level, top-only window. There are no additional external doors or windows specified for this module.

Module 3 follows the same end-wall arrangement as Module 2. One high-level, top-only window is fitted to the east end and another to the west end. Together, these end windows provide openings across both sides of the wide building without introducing further external access points.

Module 4 forms the south side. It has high-level, top-only windows on its east and west ends, plus a further high-level, top-only window on the exposed 5.9m south wall. The use of high-level glazing around the east, west and south elevations is appropriate for a washroom building where daylight and privacy both need to be considered.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in horizontal Anthracite cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall form straightforward and gives the linked modules a consistent external appearance. The specified internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, creating a fitted facility rather than an empty modular shell.

The standard fitted specification for this four-module configuration has an indicative price of £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT. Programme and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, production capacity and confirmation of the site requirements. This is an indicative programme rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

The site will require a suitable prepared, level base and adequate access for delivery and installation. Ground conditions, service connections and any site-specific works should be established before manufacture and will affect the separate site quotation. Water, drainage and electrical requirements for the WC and shower must also be coordinated with the intended location.
