Four-module run layout
This configuration links four P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey run, creating an external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. The approximate usable internal area before partitions is 45.6m², based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, depending on the final partition arrangement.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m. The long, narrow format supports a linear arrangement of WC, shower and circulation spaces, with the requested fit-out to be confirmed in the final room layout.
Windows and access
Module 1 has two high-level, top-only windows on its north wall. Its south wall contains two small windows and one single glazed door, while the exposed west end has one high-level, top-only window. This is the only external door specified in the stored configuration.
Modules 2 and 3 each have two high-level, top-only windows on both their north and south walls. Module 4 also has two high-level, top-only windows on each long wall, plus one high-level, top-only window on its exposed east end. These openings are specific to this four-module arrangement.
Anthracite external finish
All exposed walls are finished between the frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The boards are applied vertically across the north and south elevations, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. Above, the building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
The requested internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, with their positions and the final partition layout subject to confirmation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room arrangement. Where chosen, plaster applies to walls outside bathroom areas. Further information on this application is available under toilet and shower blocks.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from the configured estimate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, but final dimensions, room divisions, fittings and selected finishes will be confirmed in the quotation.
