Wide four-module configuration
This toilet and shower block is formed from four linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey, wide-format building. The completed configuration has a footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and provides approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, the four modules create the space needed to develop the requested WC and shower areas within the final agreed room plan.
Doors and windows
Module 1 forms the north side of the configuration. Its exposed north wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. The east and west end walls each have one high-level, top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have a high-level, top-only window in both their east and west end walls. Module 4 has the same high-level window arrangement on its east and west ends, plus a further high-level, top-only window in the exposed south wall. The final internal arrangement should coordinate the requested sanitary spaces with these stored openings.
Anthracite external finish
Smooth plank cladding in Antrasit (Anthracite), reference AR16016, is selected between the frame on the exposed external walls. These comprise the north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west walls of Modules 2 and 3; and the east, south and west walls of Module 4.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this configuration. Final fixture, material and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
The stored design requests a WC and shower fit-out, with the precise number, position and arrangement of sanitary spaces to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring to provide suitable internal surfaces for those areas.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles can be selected as upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring outside the wet areas also remains selectable rather than being fixed by this configuration. Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from the configured estimate.
Siting is subject to a survey of the proposed location, including access and relevant site conditions. The sanitary layout, selected upgrades and final specification can be reviewed through the building configurator before quotation.
