    A practical four-module layout

This configuration combines four linked P600 modules in a two-by-two grid, creating an 11.8m x 4.4m footprint with approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey arrangement gives main contractors and site managers a substantial working environment without requiring an upper floor or external staircase. It is designed specifically for use as a construction site office.

    Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the north-west part of the building. Its exposed north elevation has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows, providing the building’s external entrance and daylight along the longer 5.9m side. A large window is fitted to the exposed 2.2m west end.

Module 2 occupies the north-east position. Three small windows are distributed along its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall. The exposed east end is fitted with one large window, bringing additional light into this side of the office.

Module 3 sits in the south-west position. Its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall contains three small windows, while the exposed west end has one large window. It links directly with the adjoining modules as part of the combined internal floor area.

Module 4 completes the grid in the south-east position. It has three small windows along the exposed south wall and a large window in the exposed east end. Together, the openings provide glazing on every external side of the completed building.

    External finish and internal fit-out

The steel-framed modules are finished with smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the site office a clean, consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile straightforward and suited to a working construction environment. The glazed entrance door is located on the north elevation; no additional external doors are included in this configuration.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, supporting day-to-day use by site management teams. The remaining floor area can be organised for desks, meetings, document storage or project coordination according to the buyer’s operational requirements. Individual furniture, equipment and any site-specific internal alterations should be confirmed during quotation.

    Price and typical lead time

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the four-module building with its stated Anthracite finish, door and window arrangement, kitchenette and WC. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, location and connection requirements vary between construction sites.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification confirmation, order scheduling and the requirements of the individual project. The layout can be reviewed through the P600 configurator before the final scope and quotation are agreed.

    Siting and site preparation

The building requires a suitable level, prepared base for its 11.8m x 4.4m footprint. The site must also provide appropriate delivery and installation access for all four 5.9m x 2.2m modules. Water, drainage and electrical requirements for the kitchenette and WC need to be established before installation, with connection work coordinated around the wider site programme. Ground conditions, access restrictions, service routes and any necessary permissions should be assessed for the specific location. These items are not included in the indicative building price and are addressed separately within the project quotation.
