Four-module grid configuration
This secure storage unit uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey grid. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. The configured building provides approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space.
Each module is approximately 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of an individual module is 5.7m x 2.0m. This format is intended for contractors, tradespeople and businesses seeking a secure storage unit for equipment, tools or materials. Roller shutters, door and windows
The exposed north wall of Module 1 has one full-size roller shutter and one glazed double door. Its exposed west end has a second full-size roller shutter, providing another external access point.
Module 2 has two high-level, top-only windows on its north wall and a full-size roller shutter on its east end. Module 3 mirrors this arrangement on the opposite side of the grid, with two high-level, top-only windows on its south wall and a full-size roller shutter on its west end.
Module 4 completes the external arrangement with a full-size roller shutter on its east end and two high-level, top-only windows on its south wall. Across the configuration, the specified openings therefore comprise five full-size roller shutters, one glazed double door and six high-level windows.
Anthracite external finish
All exposed perimeter walls in this stored design receive Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding between the frame. The vertical boards are applied to the north and west walls of Module 1, the north and east walls of Module 2, the south and west walls of Module 3, and the east and south walls of Module 4.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Final cladding details and all illustrated finishes remain subject to confirmation in the project quotation.
Internal fit-out
No wet fit-out has been requested for this configuration. Included internal walls are formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are available as optional alternatives where appropriate to the final room use.
Flooring has not been fixed within the stored design and will be selected to suit the final room layout. The internal arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final partitions, finishes and associated details confirmed by quotation.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey and assessment of access, ground conditions and the proposed position. The quotation will confirm the final specification, transport requirements, finishes and any site-dependent works before the project proceeds.
