    Purpose and overall arrangement

    This P600 configuration is designed as a secure storage unit for the construction sector. Four steel-framed modules are connected end to end in a single-storey run, creating a long, open building for storing tools, equipment and materials. The external footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 46m² of internal floor area.

    The layout provides access through three full-size roller shutters and one single glazed door. High-level windows bring daylight into the storage area while limiting the amount of low-level glazing around the building. There is no wet fit-out, leaving the interior as open, usable storage space.

    Module-by-module layout

    • Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north wall has two top-only high-level windows. The south wall contains a full-size roller shutter, a single glazed door and a small window. A second full-size roller shutter is positioned in the exposed west end wall.
    • Module 2 has two top-only high-level windows on its north wall and two more on its south wall. Its end walls connect directly to the adjoining modules within the run.
    • Module 3 follows the same opening arrangement as Module 2, with two top-only high-level windows on each exposed long wall and connections to the neighbouring modules at both ends.
    • Module 4 forms the eastern end. It has two top-only high-level windows on the north wall and two on the south wall. A full-size roller shutter in the exposed east end provides direct access at the opposite end of the building.

    Across the complete configuration, there are 14 top-only high-level windows, one small window, one glazed personnel door and three full-size roller shutters. This arrangement supports access from both ends as well as from the south side of Module 1.

    Exterior finish

    The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in Light grey. A flat roof and slim fascia give the four-module run a clean, consistent profile. The building is designed, manufactured and delivered by Adacon, with installation available at suitable sites across the UK.

    Open internal fit-out

    This exact configuration has no WC, sink, kitchen or other wet fit-out. The connected modules create an open internal area intended for secure storage rather than welfare or office use. The indicative price is based on the standard fitted specification for this configuration; any requested changes would need to be assessed and quoted separately through the P600 configurator.

    Price and programme

    The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately according to the site location, access conditions and installation requirements.

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on final specification approval, production scheduling, delivery arrangements and the readiness of the site.

    Siting requirements

    The building requires suitable, level foundations or prepared support points for all four modules. Delivery vehicles and installation equipment must be able to reach and operate safely within the site. Ground conditions, access restrictions, overhead obstructions and available working space should be reviewed before delivery, with any necessary groundworks and site-specific measures included in a separate quotation.
