Four-module wide layout
The four modules are arranged side by side to create an overall footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.

Access and window arrangement
Module 1 provides the principal access points on its exposed north wall: one full-size roller shutter and one double-leaf glazed door. Its east and west end walls each have one top-only high-level window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have one top-only high-level window in both their east and west end walls. Module 4 also has one high-level window at each end, together with two top-only high-level windows on its exposed south wall. This makes ten high-level windows across the complete configuration.
Grey smooth-plank exterior
The selected exposed perimeter walls are finished with Smooth plank cladding, reference AR16016, in Gri (Grey), applied between the visible frame. This finish is specified on Module 1’s north, east and west walls; the east and west walls of Modules 2 and 3; and Module 4’s east, south and west walls.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Final fixture, finish and colour details are confirmed by quotation.
Internal finish
No wet fit-out has been requested for this storage configuration. Included internal walls use white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are available as optional alternatives, while the precise floor finish remains subject to the confirmed room layout and quotation.
Configured estimate and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The quotation will confirm the final specification, finishes, transport requirements and any site-related costs applicable to this four-module building.
