Single-storey run configuration
This steel-framed secure storage unit comprises four P600 modules linked in a straight, single-storey run. The complete footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 46m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m and an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The end-to-end arrangement creates a long storage configuration for contractors, tradespeople and businesses in the construction sector. It is intended as secure lock-up space, with the final room arrangement and flooring confirmed as part of the quotation.
Doors, shutter and high-level windows
Module 1 has two high-level top-only windows on its north side. Its south side contains one full-size roller shutter and one glazed double door, while the exposed west end has a further high-level top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have two high-level top-only windows on the north side and two on the south side. Module 4 follows the same north and south window arrangement, with two high-level top-only windows on each side, plus one high-level top-only window in its exposed east end.
External and internal finishes
The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. All selected exposed north, south, west and east walls use smooth standard insulated panels in this colour. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is included in this configuration.
Inside, the included internal walls are finished with white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are optional alternatives rather than included selections. No wet fit-out has been requested, so this design does not include a specified WC, shower, sink or other wet-room provision. Flooring is selected to suit the final agreed room layout and is not specified in the stored design.
