    Open storage across four modules

    This configuration places four P600 modules side by side in a wide, single-storey layout. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approx. 45.60 m² usable internal area before partitions. The interior is arranged as open storage space, without a wet fit-out, making it suitable for tools, equipment, materials and other items that need to be kept under cover.

    The building is intended as a secure storage unit for the construction sector. Its extensive shutter provision gives contractors, tradespeople and businesses several loading and access points rather than relying on a single entrance. No windows are specified in this configuration.

    Module-by-module access

    Module 1 forms the northern side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has one full-size roller shutter and one double-leaf glazed door. The glazed door provides a separate personnel entrance, while the shutter supports the movement of larger equipment or stored materials. The exposed 2.2m east and west ends each have a full-size roller shutter.

    Module 2 sits alongside Module 1. Its exposed east and west ends each contain one full-size roller shutter, giving direct access through both 2.2m end walls.

    Module 3 follows the same access arrangement as Module 2, with one full-size roller shutter in the exposed east end and another in the exposed west end. Together, Modules 2 and 3 provide four separate end-wall shutter openings.

    Module 4 forms the southern side of the building. Its east and west ends each have one full-size roller shutter. The exposed 5.9m south wall has two further full-size roller shutters, providing broad access along the outer side of the unit. Across the complete building, the specified arrangement includes eleven full-size roller shutters and one double-leaf glazed door.

    Exterior and internal specification

    The exterior is finished in smooth black cladding, with a flat roof and slim fascia. This gives the four-module structure a consistent, straightforward appearance suited to compounds, yards and operational sites. Internally, the specification is an open, dry space with no toilets, sinks, showers or other wet facilities included.
