    Configuration and scale

This P600 site office uses four steel-framed modules linked in a single-storey, two-by-two grid. The resulting external footprint is 11.8m x 4.4m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, is 2.40m high externally and has an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m.

Using a conservative per-module allowance, the building provides approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, but the final figure depends on the confirmed internal arrangement. This configuration is intended as a site office for the construction sector, particularly for main contractors and site managers.

    Grid layout and external finish

Module 1 occupies the north-west position, Module 2 the north-east, Module 3 the south-west and Module 4 the south-east. The exposed perimeter walls use the selected standard insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001, with a smooth finish. The exterior panels are vertically arranged and included in the configuration.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. The restrained Cream exterior gives the four-module grid a consistent appearance across its north, south, east and west elevations.

    Windows and entrance

On the north elevation, Module 1 has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window along its 5.9m side. Its west-facing 2.2m end has two small windows. Module 2 has a small window, a large window and another small window along its north-facing side, plus two small windows on its east-facing end.

On the south elevation, Module 3 has a small window, a large window and another small window along its 5.9m side. Its west-facing end has two small windows. Module 4 repeats the same three-window arrangement on its south-facing side and has two small windows on its east-facing end.

    Requested internal fit-out

A kitchenette and WC are requested for confirmation within the final room layout. Their precise positions, partitions and associated finishes are therefore subject to the final quotation rather than fixed in the stored arrangement. The layout can be reviewed through the P600 configuration options.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside bathroom walls. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms; no shower room is specified in this configuration. Other finishes remain dependent on the confirmed room layout.

    Pricing, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 ex VAT, or £61,920 inc VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The survey and quotation will establish the suitable site arrangements and confirm the final internal specification, including the requested kitchenette and WC.
