Four-module storage layout
This P600 configuration places four steel-framed modules in a single-storey run, creating an overall footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. The approximate internal usable floor area is 46m². Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and a 2.16m internal ceiling beneath the 2.40m external height.
The long, narrow arrangement is designed as a secure storage unit for contractors, tradespeople and businesses operating in the construction sector. Its numerous external openings allow tools, equipment and materials to be accessed from different points along the run, subject to the final room and storage layout.
Roller shutters and glazed entrance
Module 1 has two full-size roller shutters on its north wall. Its south wall contains one full-size roller shutter and one double glazed door, while the exposed west end has a further full-size roller shutter.
Modules 2 and 3 each have two full-size roller shutters on the north wall and two on the south wall. Module 4 follows the same arrangement on its north and south walls, with an additional full-size roller shutter in the exposed east end. Across the complete configuration, the stored design therefore includes 17 full-size roller shutters and one double glazed door.
Black Grey external finish
The selected external walls use included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021, with a smooth finish. These panels are specified on the exposed north and south elevations, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4, around the selected openings.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected. Final details, fixtures and finishes are confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Internal finish and fit-out
Included internal walls are finished with white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are optional alternatives, but neither has been selected in this stored configuration. Flooring will be selected for the final room layout, so no specific floor finish is stated as part of the current design.
No wet fit-out has been requested. The configuration does not include a kitchen, WC, shower or other plumbing-based facility. Layout and finish choices can be reviewed through the P600 configuration process, with the final scope recorded in the project quotation.
Siting and commercial details
Placement is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, levels and ground conditions. Suitable groundworks and any other site-specific works are separate. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access, while offloading or cranage is also charged separately where required.
The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT. This estimate is subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification, selected floor treatment, site requirements and transport arrangements.
