Four-module run configuration
This P600 scheme uses four steel-framed modules linked in a straight, single-storey run. The resulting footprint is 23.6m long by 2.2m wide, with an approximate usable internal floor area of 46m². Each individual module measures 5.9m by 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.
Each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m by 2.0m. The linked arrangement creates a long, narrow building suited to an organised WC layout, subject to confirmation of the final room plan, sanitary provision and internal circulation.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north wall has a top-only high-level window, while its south wall includes a single glazed door positioned with a small window on either side. The exposed west end wall also has a top-only high-level window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have top-only high-level windows on their exposed north and south walls. Module 4 has top-only high-level windows on its north and south walls, together with another on the exposed east end wall. These are the openings stored for this exact configuration; final details are confirmed by quotation.
Anthracite external finish
All exposed outside walls are specified with full-wall Smooth plank cladding in Antrasit (Anthracite), reference AR16016, applied between the frame. This covers the north and south walls throughout the four-module run, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised in this public description.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration.
Requested WC fit-out
A WC is requested for the final layout, but its room arrangement and sanitary fit-out remain subject to confirmation. Toilet or shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The exact WC specification, partition positions, fixtures and associated details will therefore be established through the final quotation rather than assumed from illustrative material.
Outside toilet or shower rooms, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
