Four linked modules in a linear plan

This stored configuration uses four P600 modules linked in a single-storey run. Each steel-framed module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. External module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

The configuration provides approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement. The long, narrow format is designed as a practical site office for main contractors and site managers in the construction sector.

    Windows and access

The exposed walls have a defined schedule of windows and access:

    • Module 1 north wall: three small windows.
    • Module 1 south wall: two large windows with one single glazed door between them.
    • Module 1 west end wall: two small windows.
    • Module 2 north and south walls: three small windows on each side.
    • Module 3 north and south walls: three small windows on each side.
    • Module 4 north and south walls: three small windows on each side.
    • Module 4 east end wall: two small windows.

This arrangement provides glazing along both long elevations, with additional windows at the two exposed ends of the run. The single glazed entrance door is positioned on the south wall of Module 1. Internal room divisions and circulation are confirmed when the final plan is agreed.

    Jet Black insulated exterior

The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005. All selected exposed outside walls use standard insulated panels with a smooth finish. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is selected for this configuration.

    Requested WC and internal finishes

A WC has been requested and remains subject to confirmation in the final room layout. Where bathroom walls are required, the standard specification uses 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels, with hygienic panels available as an option. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms, although no shower is specified in this stored configuration.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected. Other wall and floor finishes depend on the agreed room arrangement and are confirmed through the final quotation. The layout can be reviewed through the building configurator, but quoted details determine the final supply.

    Estimate and site considerations

The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including confirmation of access and relevant site conditions.
