Configuration overview
This building uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged in a single-storey run. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. The configuration provides approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final room arrangement.
Each module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. This format is configured as one of Adacon’s modular toilet blocks for permanent WC provision in the construction sector and at event or sports-ground sites.
External envelope and roof
The included external finish uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected exposed north, south, east and west walls use standard insulated panels with a smooth finish in the same colour. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia is included in this configuration.
Windows and entrance
The stored design distributes high-level windows along the run while placing the glazed entrance in Module 1. The specified openings are:
- Module 1 north side: one top-only high-level window.
- Module 1 south side: one small window, one single glazed door and a second small window.
- Module 1 west end: one top-only high-level window.
- Module 2 north and south sides: one top-only high-level window on each side.
- Module 3 north and south sides: one top-only high-level window on each side.
- Module 4 north and south sides: one top-only high-level window on each side.
- Module 4 east end: one top-only high-level window.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC has been requested, with the final position, partition arrangement and detailed fit-out to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Plaster can be selected outside bathroom walls where required.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish. Any alternative internal wall or floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selections. Shower rooms are not specified in the stored design; if one is added during final planning, wet-room PVC flooring is used for that area. Illustrated fixtures and finishes should not be treated as confirmed unless listed in the final quotation. Layout details can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
