Wide, single-storey classroom configuration
This configuration uses four P600 steel-framed modules connected side by side to create a wide, single-storey modular classroom. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, producing an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. The approximate usable internal area is 45.6m² before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final partition arrangement.

Windows and entrance arrangement
The exposed north wall of Module 1 contains two large windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. Its east and west end walls each contain one large window. Modules 2 and 3 each have one large window in both their east and west end walls. Module 4 also has large windows in its east and west end walls, while its exposed south wall contains two further large windows. This is the stored opening arrangement for the four-module configuration.
Anthracite Grey exterior and apex roof
The selected outside walls use smooth, standard insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. These panels are specified across the exposed north, east, west and south walls identified in the configuration. Above the modules, a dual-pitch apex roof completes the external design. Final fixture, junction and finish details remain subject to the quotation.
Requested kitchenette and WC fit-out
A kitchenette and WC are requested, with their final positions and associated partitions to be confirmed in the completed room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls where that finish is selected. Wet-room PVC flooring is used for shower rooms, although no shower room is included in this stored configuration.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall or floor finishes depend on the final room plan and selections confirmed in the quotation. The arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator, but the quoted specification determines the final details supplied.
Estimate, transport and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 ex VAT, or £69,840 inc VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to a site survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the selected location.
