Four-module run layout
This secure storage unit comprises four steel-framed P600 modules linked in a straight, single-storey run. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. The configured building provides approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space.
Each module is approximately 2.40m externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. This long format is intended for contractors, tradespeople and businesses needing accessible lock-up storage within the construction sector.
Roller shutters, access and windows
The configuration has 15 full-size roller shutters distributed across its north and south elevations. Module 1 has two shutters on the north wall and one shutter on the south wall, alongside a double glazed door. Its exposed west end has a high-level, top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have two full-size roller shutters on the north wall and two on the south wall. Module 4 follows the same shutter arrangement, with two on each long elevation, while its exposed east end has a second high-level, top-only window. Together, these openings provide multiple access points along the full length of the storage run without adding unconfirmed internal subdivisions.
Anthracite external finish
All exposed outside walls are specified with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding applied between the frame. The boards are arranged vertically across the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the final quotation and are not itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored design. Final fixture, finish and colour details remain subject to confirmation by quotation.
Internal specification
No wet fit-out has been requested for this configuration. The included internal walls use white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels. Plasterboard and hygienic wall panels are available as optional alternatives where the final room use calls for a different internal finish.
Flooring has not been fixed to a single specification because it is selected to suit the final room layout. The stored configuration does not include a confirmed partition plan, so the stated usable internal area is given before partitions. Any changes to the room arrangement, wall finish or flooring can be reviewed through the building configurator and confirmed by quotation.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
