Three-module grid layout

This P600 configuration combines three steel-framed modules in a single-storey grid layout. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The modules are linked to form one fitted toilet and shower block for the Construction sector, with the same format also suited to holiday parks and campsites.

The building provides a defined alternative to arranging separate portable facilities around a site. Its three-module format consolidates the WC and shower provision within one coordinated structure while retaining the practical delivery and installation benefits of the P600 modular system. Openings by module

Module 1 has its main access on the exposed north-facing 5.9m wall. A glazed double door is positioned between two small windows, giving the entrance a clear, balanced frontage. The exposed 2.2m west end has one top-only high-level window.

Module 2 uses high-level glazing on all three exposed walls. Its north-facing 5.9m side has two top-only windows, while the east-facing 2.2m end has one. A further two top-only high-level windows are fitted along the exposed south-facing 5.9m wall.

Module 3 also has high-level glazing across its exposed elevations. There is one top-only window on the east-facing 2.2m end, two along the south-facing 5.9m side and one on the west-facing 2.2m end. Across Modules 2 and 3, this high-level arrangement brings light into the building while limiting direct views through the glazing.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the three linked modules a consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low-profile. The specified internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, forming a complete washroom use rather than an empty modular shell.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the three-module building in the configuration described, including the Anthracite external finish and the specified WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location and installation requirements are known.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The actual programme depends on the confirmed specification, site readiness, delivery arrangements and installation schedule, so dates should be agreed before associated groundworks or operational plans are fixed.

Siting requirements

The site must have a suitable prepared base and sufficient access for the modules to be delivered and installed. Space for delivery vehicles and lifting operations should be considered alongside the 11.8m x 4.4m building footprint. Utility requirements and connection points for the WC and shower must also be established before installation. Ground conditions, access restrictions, groundworks and site-specific works are assessed and priced separately.
