Wide, single-storey layout

This configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules linked side by side to create a wide, single-storey building. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, producing an overall footprint of 5.9m by 6.6m and approximately 39m² of internal floor area. The linked layout provides a practical amount of enclosed space for permanent WC provision while keeping the building to one level.

Designed as a modular toilet block for the construction sector, it is also suitable for events and sports grounds requiring a permanent facility. The internal fit-out includes a WC. Final sanitary arrangements and any site-specific service requirements should be confirmed during the order process.

Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the north side of the building and contains the only external entrance. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation has a small window, a single glazed door and a second small window. The exposed east and west 2.2m ends each have one high-level, top-only window.

Module 2 sits in the centre of the layout, linked to Modules 1 and 3 along its long sides. Its exposed east and west ends each contain one high-level, top-only window. With no entrance on this module, access is provided internally from the adjoining sections of the building.

Module 3 forms the south side. Its east and west ends each have one high-level, top-only window, while the exposed south elevation has two further high-level, top-only windows. Across the complete configuration, the entrance elevation is clearly defined by the glazed door and two smaller windows, with high-level windows positioned around the remaining exposed elevations.

External finish and roof

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding for a clean, restrained appearance suited to working sites and managed public grounds. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and compact. As a modular system, the three factory-manufactured sections are transported separately and linked together on the prepared site.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the three-module P600 building with its stated cladding, roof, door, window arrangement and WC fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location and project requirements are known.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable level base or foundation arrangement, with adequate access for delivery, offloading and installation of all three modules. Ground conditions, vehicle access and working space should be assessed before delivery is booked. Required drainage, water, power and other service connections must also be planned for the WC installation.

Groundworks, utility connections, external drainage runs and any location-specific adaptations are treated as site-specific works. Planning and regulatory requirements vary by site, so the buyer should confirm the approvals applicable to the intended location before installation.
