Configuration and dimensions
This stored configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules arranged in a single-storey grid layout. Together, they form an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m and provide approximately 34 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The modules are 2.40m high externally and have a 2.16m internal ceiling height.
The configuration is intended as a toilet and shower block for the Construction sector, as well as holiday parks and campsites. Its three-module arrangement provides space for the requested WC and shower facilities, subject to confirmation of the final room layout, sanitary fixtures and service requirements in the quotation.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 provides the main entrance on its exposed north wall. This elevation has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. Its exposed west end has one high-level, top-only window.
Module 2 has two high-level, top-only windows on the exposed north wall, one on the exposed east end and two on the exposed south wall. Module 3 has one high-level, top-only window on its exposed east end, two on its exposed south wall and one on its exposed west end. These are the openings stored for this configuration; final details remain subject to the confirmed quotation.
Selected external treatment
The exposed external walls are finished between the frame with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding laid as vertical boards. This full-wall treatment is selected for the north and west walls of Module 1; the north, east and south walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. The selected cladding is included within the configured estimate but is not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, with their positions and final arrangement to be confirmed during layout development. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections can be considered as choices or upgrades. They are not included specifications for this stored design unless they are expressly confirmed in the final quotation. Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £41,100 excluding VAT, or £49,320 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the fit-out. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Final siting is subject to survey and assessment of access, levels, ground conditions, service connections and operating requirements. The quotation will confirm the final internal layout, finishes, fixtures, transport requirements and any site-specific provisions.
