    Practical facilities in a three-module layout

    This single-storey P600 building combines three 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules in a grid layout. The complete configuration has an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m and provides approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. It is designed as a fitted toilet and shower block for the Construction sector, while also meeting the practical needs of holiday parks and campsites.

    The modular format provides a clearly defined building with a full internal fit-out rather than a basic portable cabin. The configuration includes WC and shower facilities within one connected building. It can serve workforce welfare requirements on a large construction site or provide shared washing facilities for guests at a leisure site.     External openings by module

    The specified doors and windows provide a combination of an accessible main entrance, natural light and privacy. Each module has a defined set of openings on its exposed walls:

    • Module 1: the north-facing 5.9m wall has a small window, a double-leaf glazed entrance door and a second small window. The exposed west-facing 2.2m end has one high-level, top-only window.
    • Module 2: the north-facing 5.9m wall, east-facing 2.2m end and south-facing 5.9m wall each have one high-level, top-only window.
    • Module 3: the east-facing 2.2m end, south-facing 5.9m wall and west-facing 2.2m end each have one high-level, top-only window.

    The main entrance is therefore concentrated on Module 1, while the remaining exposed walls use high-level windows. This arrangement brings daylight into the building without relying on full-height glazing around the WC and shower areas.

    Exterior and internal finish

    The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in Light grey. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall appearance simple and functional, making the building suitable for operational construction environments as well as managed holiday and camping sites.

    Inside, the modules are supplied to a full fit-out standard for the configured use, including the WC and shower facilities stated in this specification. The exact internal arrangement is based on the three-module layout and can be reviewed through the P600 configurator.

Water, drainage and power connection requirements for the WC and shower facilities should be established during site planning.
