Configuration at a glance

This P600 building uses three steel-framed modules connected in a straight run. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 17.7m x 2.2m and approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey format provides a practical toilet and shower block for large construction sites, campsites and holiday parks.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the main entrance section. Its south-facing 5.9m wall has a central glazed double door with one small window on each side. The opposite north wall has two high-level, top-only windows, while the exposed west end has one further high-level, top-only window.

Module 2 occupies the centre of the run. Both exposed 5.9m walls have two high-level, top-only windows: two on the north side and two on the south side. As the middle module, it has no exposed end wall.

Module 3 completes the run. Its north and south walls each contain two high-level, top-only windows. The exposed east end includes one additional high-level, top-only window, giving this end of the building natural light while retaining privacy.

Exterior finish and openings

The exterior is finished in horizontal Anthracite cladding, with a flat roof and slim fascia producing a straightforward, contemporary profile. The glazed double door provides a clearly defined entrance, while the two small windows beside it create a more open frontage. High-level windows are used throughout the remaining exposed walls, supporting daylight without placing full-height glazing around the washroom areas.

Internal fit-out

The standard fitted specification includes WC and shower facilities within the linked three-module building. The configuration is intended for use where dedicated washing and sanitary provision is required, including workforce facilities on large construction sites and shared amenities at campsites or holiday parks. Indicative price

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately. Final costs depend on the site location, access arrangements, required groundwork and any changes to the standard configuration.

Lead time and site preparation

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to order confirmation, production capacity and the agreed specification. Programme dates should also allow for site preparation, delivery and installation arrangements.

Siting requirements

The building requires a suitable prepared base, adequate delivery and installation access, and the necessary site service connections for the WC and shower facilities. Ground conditions, drainage, water, power and access should be reviewed before delivery. Space must also be allowed for delivery vehicles and installation operations.
