3-Module Timber-Effect Beauty Salon with WC

A long, practical salon layout

This P600 configuration links three 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules in a straight run. The completed building has a 17.7m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 37 m² of internal floor area on one level. Its linear plan is well suited to treatment stations, waiting space, product displays and back-of-house facilities, with the final internal arrangement available to suit the operator’s requirements.

Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the western end of the building. Its exposed north wall has two large windows, while the south wall has a large window, a single glazed entrance door and a second large window. A further large window is fitted in the west end wall. This gives the entrance section glazing on three sides and makes it a logical position for reception or customer-facing salon space.

Module 2 sits in the centre of the run. It has two large windows on the north wall and two large windows on the south wall. As the connecting module, it provides an open link between the two end sections while bringing daylight into both sides of the building. It can accommodate additional treatment positions or shared salon space without introducing another external entrance.

Module 3 forms the eastern end. Two large windows are positioned on the north wall, two more on the south wall and one in the exposed east end wall. Across the complete configuration, the building has 14 large windows and one single glazed door. The window arrangement provides consistent glazing along the length of the salon, including both exposed end walls.

A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing a defined external area immediately outside the salon. The single-storey format avoids internal stairs and keeps the full accommodation on one accessible level, subject to the final site design and approach.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth timber-effect cladding, giving the salon a clean, contemporary appearance without changing the robust modular structure beneath. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low-profile. The three modules are designed to read as one continuous building once linked and installed.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, supporting day-to-day use by salon staff and clients. These facilities are incorporated within the approximately 37 m² internal area, so the usable salon layout should be planned around them. This configuration is intended specifically for beauty salon use within the Beauty & Wellness sector.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £34,050 excluding VAT, or £40,860 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price relates to the three-module building and its stated fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately because access, distance, foundations, utility connections and installation conditions vary by location.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The actual programme will depend on specification confirmation, site readiness and delivery arrangements. If changes are needed to the standard layout or fit-out, they can be reviewed through the P600 configurator and confirmed as part of the quotation process.

Siting requirements

The site must have a suitable prepared base and sufficient access for delivery, lifting and placement of all three modules. Ground levels, drainage, electricity, water and waste connections need to be assessed before installation. Space must also be allowed for the covered terrace and safe access around the building. Planning permission, Building Regulations requirements and any local site constraints should be checked for the proposed location.
