Three-module layout

Module 1 forms the north section of the building and contains the only external entrance. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. Both exposed 2.2m end walls also have two small windows: two on the east end and two on the west end. This gives the entrance section useful daylight from three directions.

Module 2 occupies the centre of the layout. Its long sides connect to the adjoining modules, while the exposed east and west ends each have two small windows. These four windows bring natural light into the central part of the office without adding another external doorway.

Module 3 forms the south section. Its exposed south-facing 5.9m wall contains three small windows. The east and west 2.2m end walls each contain a further two small windows. Across the complete building, the specified arrangement provides one glazed entrance door and 17 small windows.

The kitchenette and WC are incorporated within the internal fit-out. Their final arrangement supports the building’s intended use as a self-contained site office while retaining working space across the three connected modules. Exterior finish and roof

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, giving the office a clean, restrained appearance suitable for an active construction site.
