This single-storey P600 building uses three 5.9m x 2.2m modules in a grid layout, occupying an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. It provides approximately 37 m² of internal floor area and is configured as open storage without a wet fit-out. The arrangement is intended for contractors, tradespeople and businesses that need a substantial secure storage unit for equipment, materials or tools within the Construction sector.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the north-west part of the layout. Its exposed north-facing 5.9m wall contains one full-size roller shutter and one glazed double door. This gives the building a separate personnel entrance alongside direct access for moving stored items. A high-level, top-only window is fitted in the exposed 2.2m west end.

Module 2 sits to the east of Module 1. Its north-facing wall has two full-size roller shutters, while its exposed south-facing wall has a further two full-size roller shutters. The exposed 2.2m east end contains one high-level, top-only window. With four shutter openings across this module, stored equipment can be reached from more than one side of the building.

Module 3 occupies the south-west position. Its exposed south-facing wall contains two full-size roller shutters. High-level, top-only windows are fitted at both exposed 2.2m ends, facing east and west. Across the complete configuration, there are seven roller shutters, one glazed double door and four high-level windows.

External finish and internal specification

The exterior is finished in Light grey horizontal cladding, giving the building a clean, consistent appearance suited to construction compounds, yards and business premises. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple. Internally, the three modules provide open storage space rather than divided rooms, welfare facilities or sanitary accommodation.

Indicative price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the three-module building with the stated cladding, roof profile, roller shutters, glazed double door, high-level windows and open internal arrangement. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The final programme depends on design confirmation, order timing, site readiness and delivery arrangements. Openings, finishes and the module arrangement should be checked and agreed before production; the P600 options can be reviewed using the P600 configurator.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable level base capable of supporting the completed modular structure, together with clear access for delivery and installation. Ground conditions, drainage, boundaries and overhead or underground restrictions should be assessed before delivery. Planning, Building Regulations and any utility requirements depend on the location and intended use. Because this configuration has no wet fit-out, service requirements may be limited, but they should still be established for the specific site.
