Three modules in a straight run

This P600 configuration uses three steel-framed modules linked side by side in a single-storey run. The resulting external footprint is 17.7m x 2.2m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.

Using a conservative allowance of approximately 5.7m x 2.0m per module, the building provides approximately 34.2m² of usable internal area before partitions. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement. This long, narrow format is suited to site-office functions such as desks, meetings, document storage and day-to-day project administration.

    Configured doors and windows

Module 1 forms one end of the run. Its exposed north wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. The south wall has a small window, a single glazed door and another small window, while the exposed west end has a large window.

Module 2 sits centrally. Both its exposed north and south walls are configured with a small window, a large window and a second small window. Module 3 completes the opposite end of the run, with the same small, large and small window arrangement on both long elevations. Its exposed east end also has a large window.

Together, these openings are intended to bring daylight into the linked office accommodation while providing a glazed entrance on the south elevation of Module 1. Final opening details and the complete internal plan are confirmed by quotation.

    Black Grey insulated-panel exterior

The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected exposed north, south, west and east walls use standard insulated panels with a smooth finish, according to their position within the three-module run.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration, maintaining the restrained profile of the standard roof edge.

    Requested internal fit-out

A kitchenette and WC have been requested for the final layout. Their positions, dimensions, services and associated partitions remain subject to confirmation. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish, with other finishes selected to suit the final room arrangement.

Where bathroom walls are required, the standard specification uses 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels, with hygienic panels available as an option. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms; a shower room is not included in this stored configuration. All illustrated or discussed fixtures and finishes remain subject to the final quotation.

    Construction-site use and siting

Designed as a site office for the construction sector, this configuration is relevant to main contractors and site managers seeking a dedicated project workspace. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the P600 configurator, but the quoted design governs the final scope.

The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey, with final details confirmed as part of the quotation.
