3-Module P600 Modular Toilet Block with WC

A permanent three-module WC facility

Designed for the construction sector and other locations needing dependable permanent WC provision, this P600 building comprises three steel-framed modules linked in a straight run. The completed single-storey structure has a 17.7m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms one end of the run. Its exposed north wall has two top-only high-level windows. The south wall provides the building’s entrance through a single glazed door, positioned with one small window on either side. A further top-only high-level window is fitted in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 sits in the centre and connects directly to the modules on both ends. Its exposed north wall has two top-only high-level windows, while the south wall has a matching pair of top-only high-level windows. The linked end walls allow the three modules to function as one continuous building.

Module 3 completes the opposite end of the run. Two top-only high-level windows are fitted to the north wall and two more to the south wall. The exposed east end wall contains one additional top-only high-level window.

Across the configuration, the high-level openings provide daylight while limiting direct views into the WC building. The two smaller windows and glazed entrance door are concentrated on the south side of Module 1. No additional doors or window types are included in this stated configuration.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in horizontal Anthracite cladding, giving the full 17.7m elevation a consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and low-profile. Internally, the standard fitted specification includes WC provision. The brief does not define the number of sanitary fittings or internal partitions, so these requirements should be confirmed for the intended occupancy and site.

Indicative price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, distance, lifting arrangements, foundations and service requirements vary between locations.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable prepared and level base, together with access for delivery vehicles and the equipment needed to position the three modules. The site plan must also account for WC drainage, water and any other required service connections. Ground conditions, connection routes, delivery access and lifting space should be assessed before installation.
