    Configuration and internal space

This single-storey building uses three linked, steel-framed P600 modules arranged in a wide layout. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, producing an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 6.6m. The modules are 2.40m high externally and have a 2.16m internal ceiling height. Each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

The combined usable internal area is approximately 34.2m² before partitions. This is based on a conservative per-module allowance; a connected open layout may provide more usable space, but no alternative area is quoted for this configuration. The room arrangement and WC partitions remain subject to confirmation in the final plan.

    Doors and windows

The exposed elevations use a defined combination of glazed access and high-level windows:

    • Module 1 has two small windows and one single glazed door on its north wall, plus one top-only high-level window on each of its east and west ends.
    • Module 2 has one top-only high-level window on each of its east and west ends.
    • Module 3 has one top-only high-level window on each of its east and west ends, with a further top-only high-level window on its south wall.

These openings are specific to the stored three-module design. Their relationship to the internal WC arrangement will be checked when the partitions and sanitary layout are confirmed.

    Selected exterior

Exposed walls are finished between the frame with Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The selected boards run vertically across Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Module 2’s east and west walls; and Module 3’s east, south and west walls. Cladding is priced as part of the project quotation and is not separately itemised in public pricing.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.

    Requested WC fit-out

A WC is requested, with its final position, partitioning and fittings to be confirmed through the room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic wall panels are an optional selection. Where chosen, plaster applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected against the confirmed room arrangement. Wet-room PVC flooring applies to shower rooms, but a shower room is not part of the confirmed brief, so this is not a stated flooring selection for the requested WC.

    Use, quotation and siting

This configuration is intended for the Construction sector and can provide permanent facilities for sites, events and sports grounds. Further information about this use is available under modular toilet blocks. The stored layout can also be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details confirmed by quotation.

The indicative configured estimate is £40,700 ex VAT, or £48,840 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Final siting is subject to survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location.
