Three linked modules in a run layout

This configuration uses three steel-framed P600 modules linked end to end in a single-storey run. The finished building measures 17.7m long by 2.2m wide, with an approximate internal floor area of 37 m². Its narrow footprint makes it practical for sites where WC provision needs to fit alongside existing buildings, boundaries or operational areas.

The modules form one coordinated modular toilet block rather than separate cabins. Each unit measures 5.9m by 2.2m, giving buyers a clearly defined building size for site planning. The connected layout can be reviewed alongside other modular toilet block options where different capacities or arrangements are being considered.

    Module-by-module arrangement

    • Module 1 forms one end of the run and contains the building’s single glazed entrance door on its south-facing 5.9m wall. A small window is positioned on each side of the door. The north wall has one top-only high-level window, while the exposed west end has a further top-only high-level window.
    • Module 2 occupies the centre of the building. As both 2.2m ends connect to the adjacent modules, its exposed openings are on the long walls: one top-only high-level window on the north side and one on the south side.
    • Module 3 completes the opposite end of the run. It has top-only high-level windows on the north and south 5.9m walls, plus another top-only high-level window in the exposed east end wall.

Across the complete building, the specification provides seven top-only high-level windows, two small windows and one single glazed door. The window arrangement introduces daylight while limiting the amount of low-level glazing around the WC areas. Access is concentrated at Module 1 through the south-facing glazed entrance.

    External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding, giving the three-module run a consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and suits the building’s long, low proportions. The internal fit-out includes WC provision as part of the standard fitted specification; the detailed sanitary arrangement should be confirmed against the requirements of the intended site.

Buyers who need to assess this layout against another module count or footprint can use the P600 configurator. This is particularly useful where available site length, required facilities or the position of the entrance may affect the final choice.

    Price, programme and siting

The indicative price is £32,250 ex VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately. Final pricing will therefore depend on the delivery location, site conditions and any requirements beyond this stated configuration.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme should be confirmed when ordering, as timing can depend on the agreed specification, delivery planning and installation arrangements.

Before delivery, the site must have suitable prepared groundworks and enough access for the modules to be delivered and installed safely. The 17.7m by 2.2m footprint should be checked against the available plot, surrounding access and the planned orientation of the door and windows. Service requirements and other site-specific works must also be established before installation, with those items assessed and priced separately from the building itself.
