3-Module Modular Toilet Block with WC

A practical permanent WC facility

This configuration uses three 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules linked end to end in a single-storey run. The completed building has a 17.7m x 2.2m footprint and provides approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. It is configured as a modular toilet block for the Construction sector, while also suiting events and sports grounds that require permanent WC provision.

The narrow linear footprint is useful where available site width is limited. Each module is steel framed and delivered as part of a full fit-out building system, reducing the amount of work required on site compared with a conventional build.

Three-module run layout

Module 1 forms the west end of the building. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has two top-only high-level windows. The south-facing wall has a small window, a single glazed entrance door and a second small window. A further top-only high-level window is positioned in the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 sits in the centre of the run. Both of its exposed 5.9m walls have two top-only high-level windows, giving four high-level windows across the module. As the middle section, its 2.2m end walls connect directly to Modules 1 and 3.

Module 3 forms the east end. Its north-facing wall has two top-only high-level windows, while its south-facing wall has another two. The exposed east end wall includes one additional top-only high-level window.

Together, the modules create one continuous building with a single glazed external door on the south elevation. The high-level window arrangement provides daylight while limiting direct views into the building. The internal fit-out includes a WC; any project-specific internal requirements should be confirmed as part of the final specification.

Exterior and roof finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile clean and straightforward, making the building suitable for operational construction sites, event facilities and sports-ground settings. The long elevations retain a consistent window line across the three-module run.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the three-module P600 building in its stated configuration, including the Dark grey exterior finish and WC fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately.

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme depends on specification confirmation, production scheduling and site readiness. Siting requirements

Before delivery, the site must have suitable access for transport and installation operations, together with prepared foundations or groundworks appropriate to the location. Service routes and connection requirements should also be established in advance.
